"First timer here. Your phone is your key to everything. So have an adequately charged phone!!! Download your QR codes to your phone's wallet to avoid my experience....I kept getting error messages. 🙄 I checked my luggage in the locker room in the early AM. Had issues with the tech but lovely staff on hand to help. Arrived in the late PM with very little battery on my phone. Issues with tech downloading luggage QR code, and then room QR code from Expedia. Needed more assistance. Alot of unnecessary friction. The pod itself is clean and adequate. However I slept with my suitcase, I was unsure Everything is done via your phone and my dying battery ruined my experience."

"This a good hotel for location it is close to Russell Square underground and able to get to the west end for shows quickly, Russell Square to Pccabilly Circus took about 7 minutes Ona direct line. The room was functional but nothing special for the price, a good selection for breakfast. Russell Square park has a nice Italian coffee shop."

"The room was clean and great location in the West End right on the Elizabeth Line. The room comfortably fits one person but was very small by US standards. The bed was hard as a rock. The air conditioner was great!! The shower had perfect pressure with two shower heads. The his hotel is located near pubs so if you are on lower levels you will hear the sounds of the street and the pubs. I would definitely stay again and recommend the hotel for quick trips."

"Great that we could park outside . Prices differ by couple of £ than on website. Views .....roof and air con units!! Tv.....didn't work but chap came ASAP to mend. Rooms....basic , bit tired but clean. Great choice of signs to hang on door.Blackout curtains good.Fridge with ice box.Iron & board. Tea/coffee facilities, no water bottles but expensive shop in lobby. Staff....very helpful, courtesy phone call from reception not long after arrival."
