"We love Citizen M! The rooms are small but laid out much better than most city hotels. The amenities, the tablets, the ironing area and the lower lobby all make it fun and enjoyable. The hotel is extremely clean, beds are really comfy and the views are always a highlight. Self check in and check out, all through the app, are really easy but the staff is always there to help. If you like bathroom privacy take turns, it's basically part of the room with a partition. Location is excellent,...

"Love this hotel right on time square , excellent location , steps away from broadway shows, restaurants, bars. Beautiful art deco style lobby with plenty of lounging areas, fun, suiting colors, big, comfortable sectionals, 24/7 open bar, great cocktails, and some food too. Friendly , professional staff . Comfortable bed with high quality sheets and pillows, color changing mood lights, blackout curtain, all digital. Smart design. I will definitely stay here in the future again! Highly recommend! "
