They don’t have smart tvs! That is a must in 2026. For the money I expected better with cleanliness. Otherwise everything else was standard nothing exceptional "

"The staff was awesome super friendly and all smiles. Very helpful when asking for place to go in the area for dinner. The rooms were nice and bathrooms were update probably not long ago. For the money a great hotel. It was a last minute for me to book. The White House was not but a half mile walk with a ton of restaurants close by. "

"The staff was fantastic! I am visually impaired and the staff were extremely attentive, making certain I was safe and able to get a taxi when needed. I will definitely return for my next trip to NY. "
