"The property was as listed, each bedroom had a different theme, which I thought was really smart. The beds were comfortable and there were emergency phone numbers posted on each floor along with first aid kits and fire extinguishers. The pool area was really nice as there was a bar area and chairs that you could just lounge with your friends and family. The area is nice and quiet and the views are absolutely gorgeous especially at night time from the rooftop. The apartment downstairs was not rented so the host was kind enough to open the bigger kitchen area as well as the downstairs area for us to enjoy as well. Responses from the host was immediate or within a couple hours.We absolutely enjoyed our stay and would tell you that staying at VilaMarissa is definitely worth the stay!"

"Amazing villa, wonderful staff, and an unforgettable experience!We had an amazing stay and would absolutely consider returning. The villa was beautiful, the food was incredible, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and professional, and communication before and throughout our stay was generally very responsive.The only concern we experienced involved the food pricing. The final food cost was approximately double the amount we had anticipated based on the amount originally communicated to us. The food itself was excellent and enjoyed by everyone, but we would recommend that future guests request a detailed, written breakdown of the food costs beforehand so expectations are completely clear.That concern aside, our group genuinely loved the villa and the staff, and we created memories that we will never forget. The property and service absolutely deserve five stars, and we would be happy to stay here again."

From the moment we arrived, Allison, Ms. Beverly, Troy, and the housekeeping staff welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that they truly felt like family by the end of our stay. Saying goodbye was incredibly emotional because they made us feel so at home.The daily breakfasts and dinners were absolutely delectable—every meal was prepared with care and was something we looked forward to each day. The food was truly one of the highlights of our vacation.A special thank you to Ms. Carol, whose communication was exceptional from start to finish. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded promptly and made sure everything was addressed immediately. Her professionalism and attentiveness gave us complete peace of mind throughout the planning process and our stay.The villa itself was breathtaking—beautifully designed, impeccably maintained, and looked like something straight out of the pages of a luxury home magazine. "This was our second trip to Jamaica, and we specifically wanted to stay away from Montego Bay and Negril—this home was the perfect choice. It ended up being one of the best vacations we’ve had as a family. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, which made planning very easy. The staff truly made the experience special. Our driver, Howard, picked us up from the airport and we ended up booking him for several local trips—he was outstanding and made getting around effortless. Nathalee, the main housekeeper and chef, was fantastic. She and the team arrived every morning at 8am to prepare breakfast and stayed through the evening, taking great care of everything. The service was warm, consistent, and made the stay feel completely stress-free. The views from the house are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect getaway for our entire family, and we would highly recommend it."
