"Ocean view, staff polite, room no fridge or microwave, bathroom door make noise when open or closing the shower floor needs cleaning with a strong floor cleaner and bathroom needs to be restored with flesh paint the bathroom door you can see rust at the bottom room 808"

"Renovations going on making it hard to navigate the lobby. Carpets in hallway were dirty with debris (not vacuumed), no clock in room, no ice or soda vending machines, not enough towels for a two day stay, sticky bathroom floor. No access of a cart to carry luggage and packages, terribly uncomfortable pillows and bed covers, long check in check out process (lines and only 2 desk clerks). Staff was great...both friendly and helpful, good restaurant, quiet hallways, room was clean, nice view of the river from room."

"The check in process was smooth. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant. Parking was easy and in front of the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. I wish they would have serviced the room during my stay, at least removed the trash. But I guess I could have asked instead of expected. Fridge, TV, microwave all operational. I stayed during a holiday weekend so it was busy. Breakfast you can skip. The people working breakfast were very nice and kept it going, but the quality of the food was not worth standing in line for. A $50 charge has also appeared on my CC statement above the room charge, I am not sure what that is about. The website says it may come off in 72 hours, so we'll see. Again the staff was kind and interactive. The room was clean and quiet. I had a King room on the end. I never felt unsafe, and my card was not damaged in the parking lot. Blessings!"

"Check in process was seamless and smooth. Rooms were clean, staff are amazing and very hospitable. Just a suggestion, either management or engineering team should walk the rooms to check the quality of rooms. For example, we had three rooms. One room had a big crack around the bath tap (leak may be damaging the room below). Another room, no TV in your suite and hair blow dryer does not work. The other frustrating part is your waffle maker doesn’t work at all. Just because it turns on it doesn’t mean it’s good. Please F&B manager take the time to look in to replacing it. Over all it was very great staycation. You have very amazing staff."
