About this property

Amazing Lakefront Property

  • Affectionally referred to as The Lake House, this is a beautiful waterfront property with a large deck overlooking the lake and positioned on a private lot on route 147/Baileyville Road in Middlefield. The house has water views from most of the rooms with a great kitchen, dinning area, living room, office on the first floor. The 2nd floor has three bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the lake and the bathroom has a jacuzzi/whirlpool tub.
    A large deck offers a panoramic view of the lake. The lower level has the 4th bedroom, kitchenette and full bath. There is a beach and dock on the property which is shared with neighboring cottages.
