Staff were all pleasant and helpful. Hotel nit appropriately staffed for a busy weekend. The front desk staff had to do valet parking; we had to ask several times to get our room serviced; a dangerous condition in the room because of a malfunction shower curtain tha just dumped water on the floor. Other engineering flubs. We expected a higher level of service and room amenities for the price we paid.
