It was awesome I've been working in Midland for 6 weeks and bounced around a lot. By far the best hotel for the best price , clean, secure, cozy and great service from the office 10/10 recommend!!!

Unique in that it was a lot of prefab 1 room and 4 room modules. Great for a man camp. The odor in the room was horrible and so strong I could taste it in my mouth. A number of things could be improved with a sharp maintenance guy.

Clean and quiet, but bring your own toiletries.

The service in the office upon arrival was great. They were friendly and helpful. However, I was shocked when finding no amenities at all in the room except for 2 towels and a partial roll of toilet paper. No soap, wash cloths, hand towels, or anything else one would expect from rental properties. The office informed me those items are not provided. I would think that should be noted on their website in order to purchase things before arrival. Also, the only thing on tv was the message "no signal."

The room was clean, but the bed was much smaller than expected. The “kitchen” was a hot plate on a rolling rack. The door knob was very loose and the keypad struggled to recognize the entry code. We had to fill out a bunch of paperwork for just a couple nights stay. The front desk attendant was helpful. We chose to leave—very uncomfortable with the overall situation.
