This is your private mountain escape—perfect for family reunions, ski trips, summer getaways, or quiet retreats. Once you arrive, you may never want to leave.

This mountain cabin is located up Snake Creek Canyon, just two miles west of the Wasatch Golf Course in Midway, Utah. Only minutes from the conveniences of downtown Midway, but is very secluded and quiet. It has a completely stocked kitchen and large gathering areas including a wrap-around deck.

*** The road to the property is plowed all year round but you will need an all-wheel drive vehicle to access the cabin, especially after a hard freeze or an extra heavy snow fall.

*** I’m sorry, but we do not allow weddings at the property. We are on a septic system and we have found it just too hard on our grounds.

We loved our stay here at your cabin. There was plenty of room to play outside and gather in the house for our family reunion! The setting is beautiful and very private. We loved hearing and seeing the river.

Family Reunion

We had six couples and this cabin was perfect. Tucked away in the mountains with fantastic feel, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed our time greatly. We visited Cascade Springs and loved that too. Midway is quiet, beautiful, and friendly. We will definitely be back.

Winter Wonderland

Absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed our one week stay and felt like we were in Hallmark movie. The house is very well stocked. If not the best from the previous houses we stayed at. Owners are very kind and were always checking up on us if we needed anything. THANK YOU!!!! We had a fantastic time.

BEST BIRTHDAY/SNOW TRIP EVER!

We are a large ski & snowboard group. We travel every year &, by far, this was the BEST home we have ever stayed at! Staring from before the trip, the owner made us feel welcome! She kept us informed of the weather, etc. If you go in the winter you will need 4 wheel drive or chains to go up the mountain, but it is totally worth it! Where to start? The home is AMAZING! The entire home is so spacious and complete. We were all spaced out never feeling cramped, and plenty of room for all of us to be together for dinner time or socializing in the living room after a long day on the slopes. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms where very roomy as well. The cabin has an amazing view, and very quiet and peaceful. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Cozy cabin in the woods

The cabin exceeded all our expectations! It was exactly what we wanted/needed for a last minute winter getaway with family visiting from out of town. We enjoyed the little book about the renovations of the cabin and how it came to be what it is now. It is completely stocked with all your needs. The owner also left tubes and sleds for us to play with which we used just sledding down the driveway. We had such a blast! It was an amazing place to make new memories with our family. It has a feeling of being miles away from everything but in reality it was only minutes away from all of our activities (sledding at Soldier Hollow, snowmobiling at Wasatch State Park, and Ice Castles). We were definitely in a Winter Wonderland and we loved every minute of it! We were all so bummed when it was time to leave, especially the kids! And last but not least, the owner(s) are very quick to respond to any concerns or questions. Highly recommend this beautiful place!!

The homeowner was always very nice and helpful with anything we needed. If I asked for any recommendations on food, rentals or anything around the area it was provided. Wish it had a hot tubguys perfectly.

Team wants to return again!

For our executive team offsite planning trip, we wanted a secluded cabin that was close to fun amenities such golf and great restaurants, but it had to have great internet connectivity and enough rooms for each individual This cabin was ideal. The kitchen and its massive island had everything we can imagine. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and great sized. We went golfing twice to courses 10 minutes away and enjoyed restaurants at Blue Boar, Cafe Galleria, and 1886 at Homestead. Hosts were amazingly accommodating and communicated super well. The team expressed a desire to return here again in the future.

Everything you may need

This property was perfect for our fall retreat. The kitchen was very well equipped for any cooking needs, and there was ample sleeping space for our group. The rain made it a bit harder to use the outdoor spaces but cooled everything off inside, which was nice because there was no central air conditioning. The hosts were flexible and great communicators, working with our unique needs. We would definitely recommend it and come back.

Great family cabin with very responsive owners.

This is a great family cabin. There were 15 of us and everyone fit very nicely here. It’s comfortable, it’s beautiful, it’s spacious, it’s everything we wanted. The location is superb. Midway is a beautiful town. The canyon was gorgeous. We found lots of fun things to do there. I highly recommend this cabin. The owners are very responsive and wonderful to work with.

Great place for retreat

This was a perfect place for a girls retreat! Plenty of rooms, lots of bathrooms, well stocked kitchen- such a comfortable and inviting space. So clean inside and out. The location is excellent!

Perfect escape!

We had our ward youth girls camp at this cabin. It was the perfect stay! The location is remote and felt totally private, which is exactly what I was looking for! We were outside most of the time, with plenty of activities to do on this amazing property! The cabin itself was very clean, everything just as described! The Beals have been an absolute pleasure to communicate with as this had been months in the making. Check in and checkout was a breeze. This was deemed our favorite girls camp ever, thank you so much!!

Winter retreat

We had a wellness retreat for our trainees which was much appreciated. The owners made check in and out easy and clear. 4wd or chains needed to go up driveway after snowfall, one in our group got stuck and put on chains. It was easy to get to Sundance where there are two EV chargers. There are no nearby Superchargers, so bring your adapter.

Above Expectations!!

Hands down the best rental home and host we’ve had to date - and we love to travel! Ann goes above and beyond to make sure EVERY need is thought of. We happened to stay during during a time when the area was receiving an unusual amount of snow. Ann and her husband had the area plowed multiple times for our ease of use. The home was very clean, super spacious and had all the amenities we could possibly need (and more). It was really like being at home but in a beautiful winter wonderland. If you are viewing this property you’ve come across a hidden gem!

Great Location with Attentive Owners

A beautiful house nestled in the back of a property. The rooms were spacious, kitchen was well stocked with appliances, and the beds were numerous and as advertised. We had trouble with the heat (though not unbearable) and the owners had a technician out that evening- so accommodating! A great house for a big group with plenty of space… not to mention the picturesque snowfall we got!!! Highly recommend

Girls Weekend

The Beal Cabin was an amazing rental for our group of 9 women. There were enough beds for all, the kitchen was fully stocked so that we were able to cook all of our meals in, the great room/kitchen was wonderful for hanging out and playing games. Chelsey and Ann were great to work with and answered questions quickly. There was also great hiking within a mile of the cabin. A great weekend retreat!
