The accommodations was fantastic! The rooms were well appointed and spacious. The breakfast selection was outstanding. The fitness center that is connected to the hotel is the absolute best fitness center that I have ever utilized. I give this hotel the highest recommendation possible. Thanks to all!

Clean room and courteous staff. Sauna facilities great to relax after a day out. However, I did not rate the hotel as excellent as when we came to pay the receptionist did not allow us to pay separately by charging our debit cards by 50% each but divided it as per invoices with 3 nights on one person and 2 nights on another person. Last time the receptionist gave us the option of paying 50% each.

Don’t eat dinner here

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh options including freshly made Omelettes. The dinner left much to be desired. I ordered the Schweinekrüste mit Klöße mit Kraut salad the Krautsalad was just KRAUT almost no vinegar or marinade on it very bland. And the pork very tough. Overall it was a nice place to stay but eat dinner somewhere else.

Grundsätzlich ist der Bayerische Hof in Miesbach die erste Adresse am Ort, jedoch darf hier nicht vergessen werden, dass das Haus schon ein paar Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Dies merkt man an der Einrichtung, nicht falsch verstehen, das Haus ist sehr gut gepflegt und top in Ordnung, die Einrichtung ist halt nur älter und eine Klimatisierung aller Zimmer fehlt. Bei unserer Ankunft war der komplette Parkplatz belegt und mehr als die Hälfte für Fahrzeugpräsentationen eines berühmten deutschen Fahrzeugherstellers reserviert. Auf den benachbarten Grundstücken vom Super- und Baumarkt ist das Parken so nicht erlaubt und eine Lösung von der Dame am Empfang gab es auch nicht, blieb also nur die Straße mit Fußmarsch. Sorry, aber das ist für ein Haus dieser Kategorie nicht würdig. Hier hätte schlicht eine Abstimmung mit den Nachbarn (Super- und Baumarkt) gut getan.

Das Hotel hat noch den Stil alter Vier-Sterne-Häuser. Habe negative Kritiken dazu gelesen, die ich aber nicht bestätigen kann. Mir gefällt der Stil: grosszügig, weitläufig, kuschelig, Holz statt Sichtbeton. In Zeiten von MotelOne Häusern ist das ein wohltuender Kontrast. Frühstück war klasse, kein Wunsch unsererseits blieb offen. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt! Vielen Dank ans nette Personal
