"Everything was horrible we couldn’t make the hotel reservation because our flight was canceled to Okinawa. And they won’t give us a refund. Horrible communication I don’t recommend anyone staying here."

"They charge 2,000 yen ($12/day pp) to use the pool per day per person. i’ve never heard of a Hotel doing this. The listing shows the pool was included so they refunded my charge. Other than that, we really loved the rooms and really loved our stay here. It’s a perfect location for American Village."

"Clean and spacious rooms. Perfectly located right next to Sunset beach and American village. Could have used an extra day of maid service (once from Sunday to Friday). Overall we had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back."

"It was just fine. Nothing special. It was clean and the staff was very friendly, even without speaking their language. It has a kitchenette, but you have to rent utensils, plates, cookware, etc. The comforters were outdated. It’s not luxury by any means, but it’s close to shopping and restaurants. The parking lot is small however and you may need to find parking in nearby public lots."

We received a toddler specific toothbrush and slippers, the crib was set up and ready in our room prior to us checking in and they had child friendly plates and utensils.
