( payment at the delivery of the keys ) A discount for long stay is also granted. Max 6 people stay in the apartment. The apartment is located in Sitio de Calahonda Mijas costa 12 km from Marbella . Airco, heating, Internet WIFI TV 192 stations in 10 languages 2 swimming pools, garage 1 location and private cellar for bicycles. 250m from restaurants and cafes, 2 Km from the center of Calahonda and the beach and supermarkets. Málaga at 35 Km and Marbella at 12 Km. A rental guarantee of € 400.00 is required at the delivery of the keys and refundable up to € 250.00 within 5 working days, according to the inventory and inventory ( there is a lot of theft in the apartments by holidaymakers ). € 150.00 are charged on your guarantee for cleaning and disinfection (covid19).
No use of a barbecue on the terrace and inside the accommodation.

Perfect with a vehicle

The apartment was spotless, excellent condition, well equipped (we only missed not having a blender and a pressure cooker in the kitchen) and it was exactly as in the web. There is just a problem for those staying without a car. The bus service into the area is limited -4 times a day, during weekdays and no service on weekends. On the other hand, the views and the peaceful environment pays off for that restriction. There are few trails for walking but you need to be in good shape as the area is quite hilly. We gave only 4 stars on the comunication because we will write in English and he would replied in French, even though we especified language preference. We never understood why. Overall, we recommend this place, with a vehicle.

L'appartement était conforme à la description de l'annonce, lumineux et spacieux, toutefois la qualité de la literie laisse a désirer. Je trouve aussi les frais de nettoyage 150 euros trop important. Malgré ces petits bémols nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Très mauvaise expérienceLe logement est agréable, totalement conforme à l'annonce et aux photos, parfaitement équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable (merci Sandrine) .Par contre plusieurs détails regrettables :- l'eau chaude ne dépasse pas 30 car le chauffe eau est réglé au minimum (il suffit de le remonter)- la baignoire est soi disant inutilisable ?? mais aucune réparation n'est prévue- les matelas sont très inconfortables et déformés les frais de ménage de 150 euros versés en espèces hors Abritel sont exorbitants même si la propreté est irréprochable ET LE PIRE : la caution de 250 versée en espèces à la remise des clés ne nous est pas restituée en rendant les clés mais théoriquement dans les 5 jours suivants.Sauf qu'au bout de 7 jours toujours rien, et le propriétaire ne répond plus à aucun message.Au bout de 2 jours il finit par répondre car j'ai simulé une demande de réservation mais ne comprend pas mon problème...Il finit par me demander un RIB en me reprochant de ne pas en avoir fourni alors que j'ai demandé à l'entrée et à la sortie s'il en fallait un et qu'on m'a répondu pas besoin.Pas de chance l'iban serait illisible Après d'autres messages je réussis à lui envoyer d'une autre manière mais là toujours pas de chance le virement ne passe pas car l'IBAN serait érroné...Finalement miracle l'Iban devient bon et le virement arrive après 10 jours mais amputé de frais administratifs pour le temps perdu à me rendre ma caution. Bref propriétaire a fuir

Super vakantie

Wij hebben een heel goed verblijf gehad in een heerlijke rustige omgeving. Appartement is heel modern en leuk ingericht. Veel licht en erg ruim. Met de auto ben je snel op andere plekken, centraal gelegen. Supermarkten op 5 minuten rijden. Het zwembad was eigenlijk het enige minpuntje. Voor de grote van het complex vonden wij het erg klein, maar rustig was het wel. Contact met de eigenaar was prima en altijd snel reactie. Al met al een heerlijk verblijf. .

Bella Vista Modern Apartment

The apartment was very nice and just as described . Our check in was delayed due to previous guests which was a shame but Sandrine was very helpful and sorted things out as fast as she could. She does a very good job. Our only disappointment was the parking.very badly designed. The space is very small and a long walk from the portal to access the apartment
