Duplex with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in suite. 17-meter terrace with splendid views of the sea and the pool. Enclosed complex. Very quiet and residential area, but next to everything you need. Cleaning is not included in the rental price (+ 70 euros) & Nbsp;

The duplex is fully equipped, has appliances: refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, electric oven, microwave, electric screen, iron, ironing board, clothesline, full kitchen utensils, sheets, & nbsp; towels, blankets.
5 minutes from the Puerto Deportivo de Benalmadena and 10 minutes from the Puerto Deportivo Banus, in Marbella.
A few meters away we can visit the Fuengirola Zoo and of course, take a ride in a donkey around & nbsp; Mijas town. The municipality of Mijas is located in the nerve center of the Costa del Sol, between Torremolinos and Marbella, where you can enjoy its wonderful beaches and taste the traditional skewers of sardines.
