Il Terzetto is a recently renovated Milan home designed for guests who want both comfort and functionality, without compromising on style. The layout is ideal for sharing: you’ll find three generous bedrooms, each set up with its own dedicated work corner—a proper desk paired with a comfortable chair—so everyone can enjoy privacy, focus, and a calm place to recharge between meetings, classes, or days exploring the city.



At the heart of the apartment, the renovated kitchen is ready for everyday living, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or settling in for a relaxed dinner at home. The full bathroom is modern and practical, with everything you need for a smooth stay. To complete the experience, a private little balcony adds that extra touch: a simple, pleasant outdoor spot for fresh air, a coffee, or a slow moment at the end of the day.

Via Piero Preda sits in a well-connected, lived-in part of Milan that balances local rhythm with easy access to major city highlights.
