Beautiful apartment for two people located 10 minutes walk from the Duomo, in a quiet street.

A modern space equipped with every comfort.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and consists of an entrance hall, modern open kitchen with dishwasher, induction hobs and breakfast island. Sitting room with sofa and TV.

Bedroom with double bed, modern bathroom with large shower and washing machine.

In the apartment you will find air conditioning, wifi and access via smart lock.

-To use the lock, make sure you have a working smartphone and active internet access.

-Once the booking is confirmed you will receive an email with simple instructions to follow to register all guests. This process is very important and required by law. You can find all the information on lodgedweb.poliziadistato

-You will receive an email from Vikey, the system that manages the electronic lock, and you will need to register guests via Vikey.

-Once registration is complete, you will receive the codes and instructions to enter the house via Airbnb chat or via e-mail from Vikey. They will be active from 3pm and you can check-in until 10pm.

You will be asked to pay the city tax (4,5€ per person per night).

Our charming Florence apt,

Everything about Florence was fabulous!! Our apt. was a welcome retreat after a long tiring day of sightseeing. Vinnie presented a clean, comfortable place to stay and made sure all our needs were met. We were surrounded by amazing history, close to restaurants, a lovely grocery store, and many of the attractions we had come to see. A perfect stay!!

Perfect Location

Great apt in a super convenient area. Host was very helpful and communicative. I have been to Milan several times but always stayed in hotels so it was a nice change.

Nice, quiet place. I will recommend.

Nice place, quiet, have everything you need, close to centre and metro. A little bit complicated with a key system, the rest is good.

Unit is below street level with visible parking area outside windows. Window shades were broken & didn't function. Call for repairs resulted in someone coming over to pull shades down, but could not lift again. Shades do not cover windows & interior visible from the street & other buildings when lights are on. Upper half of clothes hanging space over 9' up & unreachable. One large pan only to boil anything. Kitchen not properly stocked with basics. Light switches confusing. A dangerous step in the floor area. Shower leaked water through door bottom. No extra toilet paper. No DW or laundry soap or bath soaps furnished. The bed is basically similar to a folding bed, & very uncomfortable. The bath sink is suitable for very tall people. The process of receiving access information is ridiculously drawn out & confusing, with much too many emails. Having to use an APP to enter/exit the unit is ridiculous. Very impersonal & uncomfortable experience , especially at its cost.
