We stayed here previously a few days earlier when we arrived to Italy. But the second time when we coming home was not a great experience. Firstly, when we arrived to check in we were told good news we have managed to upgrade your room. This turned out to be a lie. We went to the specified room and found it had only started to be cleaned and wouldn’t be ready. The cleaning supervisor assigned us to another room instead. We had to go back down to reception and inform them of this but they were confused. They reassigned us to another room but this was a basic room…..soo much for the upgrade. Furthermore, there was no apologies from the staff or no courtesy offer due to the inconvenience caused by reception. The room itself had very few outlets so be wary of this if staying here. Breakfast was extremely busy. The hotel advises to arrive at breakfast at certain times however I feel this is simply to finish breakfast early. There were very few quantities of food left and a slo turnover in replenishing the food for breakfast. Not a great experience and there’s a few low possibility I would book with Ibis again.

Good location, 10-15 min walk to Milano Centrale. Good location as close to metro strops to easily get to tourist attractions. Rooms were ok, compact, clean. Aircon varies in its functionality. Sometimes it appears it’s working other times no. Breakfast buffet was good. Plenty of options. Would have like to see more options for vegan/vegetarians but good general selection.

They had closed the gym and scolded me for not having checked the website, when I pointed it out. And then said they gave an upgrade on room to compensate but it was not true. It was total standard room. And pretty rude too. Not pleasant experience

The lobby had a very strong floral scent thats overpowering. The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. The water pressure wasnt the greatest and the water kept going cold and hot while showering. Everything was fairly priced. But the scent of the libby when coming and going was what ruined the stay. It keot giving me a headache as it was really strong.

チェックインした部屋にはセキュリティーボックスがなく2時間後に設置はしたものの、それも壊れていた。 荷物を解いた後、結局は部屋を変えることになり、ようやく再び荷解きできたのが3時間後でした。 テレビをつけると画像が乱れて見ることもできず、3日連続で直してもらうように言いましたが、6泊したチェックアウトまで直してもらえませんでした。 オリンピックのためにミラノに行きました。 ホテルもそれを理由に値段を釣り上げていたのですが、せめて記載されたサービスは必要だったのではと思います。もう絶対に利用しませんし、他の人にもお勧めしません。

We stayed two separate days during the Olympics with two rooms for each stay. On our first stay we were given basic small rooms that cost half the price on the website rather than the rooms we booked on Expedia based on the website pictures. The”second bed was a narrow rollaway with metal bars under the very thin sagging mattress. My 4 yr old grandson accidentally rolled off the unsupported edge and hit his head on the bedside table. After talking to the management they did correct the situation and gave us rooms that matched the website photos. We were extremely appreciative for their responsiveness. Is the lesson to book from Hotel sites versus third parties as the hotel blamed the issue on the third party and not knowing what they show? Or does the hotel take advantage of customers that book through third parties, hoping they will forget what they’ve booked on a trip with multiple stays at various hotels? The second stay was much smoother with excellent rooms which if we received those the first time around would have a 5 star review.
