Had a lovely stay here after a long drive. Great location if it’s just a lay over, or for a night before or after flying from Malpensa. I had an annex room which was huge! Huge bathroom too. Private parking space right at the patio door. Nice selection for breakfast. Will definitely use again if in the area.

Room was clean, staff amazing, breakfast was also nice, did not use ac so not sure, ee had a 2 floor townhouse with private parking which was nice however i would add some closet space and table with couple chairs, we stayed for 8 nights so it would be nice to have some closet space and table with chairs, also water was slightly called and if you like real hot shower it was not okay. Safe was not wotking when we checked and but was fuxed immediately so they havr an amazing customer service. Overall we havr enjoyed sraing and if you have a car it is really a nice place to stay if not it is hard to go to places

Excellent Hotel and Beautiful Rooms I had an excellent experience at MO OM in Milan. The rooms are absolutely spectacular—beautifully maintained, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bathroom was spotless, modern, and impressively spacious. The beds were exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the entire hotel and its facilities were in excellent condition. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was outstanding. The location is also very convenient, approximately 20 minutes from Milan Malpensa Airport. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend MO OM to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and quality near the airport.

Clean, modern room. Excellent breakfast. Only comment is the bathroom door is glass and for a family room this is a little odd. For one night it was fine for us and I would book again. Staff are friendly.

The hotel overall was really nice and very modern. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The reason I’m giving this hotel a low rating has more to do with its location and accessibility. If you don’t have a car, I would not really recommend staying here. There is no direct bus that drops you off at the hotel, so getting there from the airport requires taking a train, then a bus, and finally walking about 20–30 minutes with your luggage. Part of the walk is in an area without a proper sidewalk, which makes it difficult and uncomfortable when carrying luggage. Also, if you’re staying here without a car, I would strongly recommend checking whether there are any events happening in or near the city during your stay. When we stayed there, there were several events happening in and around the city, which made it extremely difficult to find a taxi or Uber. The hotel itself is great, but the location and lack of convenient transportation were a major issue for us.

Very beautiful hotel, everywhere was clean, room was nice. The only downside for me was that breakfast was below average as there weren’t a lot of options. Receptionists were very friendly and helpful, I needed a charger and they went above and beyond to get it. Great place to stay.

Property was unique and had a futuristic feel about it. The room and bathroom were clean and modern. The shower room at the spa was not fully clean, though it may be because we booked in for it last minute. Breakfast was nice, though the same offerings were presented every day. Maybe not sufficient for a 4 star hotel. Parking was ample & the free use of the electric car charging station was greatly welcomed. No comment about the staff.

Staff was wonderful - every person was extremely friendly. Luca, our server at the restaurant, did an amazing job at showing us hospitality. The property was nice and quiet - compared to the previous days of having tons of people around it was a welcomed difference. The spa and amenities were above and beyond and very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again!
