"I love this hotel , been back a couple of times for its friendly staff and excellent location . The hotel is clean and has a lovely relaxing spa for a great end to a busy day in Milan Just a quick hop on the metro literally outside the hotel or a 30 min walk into the centre along the popular shopping street The breakfast was extensive offering hot or cold from pastry to fruit , yoghurt , cereal , cold hams and cheeses or bacon and eggs We asked for a quiet room and this was given , looking over the courtyard for a fabulous night sleep . The rooftop bar and terrace is the perfect way to see the sunset and use our complimentary drink voucher on our last night"

"HOTEL - Even though the hotel was one mile from the Central Station, the neighborhood was not very nice - old and bad maintain buildings around. The good part is that the hotel is new (one year old) so inside it is very nice, very good, the front desk, halls, rooms, A/C - breakfast was excellent. The room was clean at all times. The size of the room and the bath are very good - modern and clean look. There is a laundry store next door of the hotel so it was very convenient to wash your dirty clothes and also very inexpensive. Transportation in front of the hotel was excellent. I RECOMEND THIS HOTEL ALL THE TIME 100%"

"Check in was made very easy by a very helpful person behind the counter. Room was a good size and having a lift was a pure bonus. Lovely and clean room. We were allowed an early check in at no charge which was fantastic as we had travelled from New Zealand and were very tired. I would recommend this hotel without exception."
