Super convenient and very walkable around central Milan if you are a walker that is. Trams and trains also not too far away and taxis always readily available and can be called by the front desk for you

I would love to have given hotel 5 stars and I’m not usually a picky person but there were just areas that could be improved. The curtains had rather big black dirty marks on them, the couch in our room looked dirty too, I would not have sat on it. A shelf under the sink would be more useful than that wire rack, easier to store toiletries. The hotel is very convenient for all the main sightseeing in Milan. We also discovered at the bottom of the road there is the new metro which took us straight to Linate airport which was excellent. I wouldn’t say I would not book again if back in Milan, just needs a little tlc.

The rooms were spacious, updated, and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is located across the street from a variety of restaurants and within 10 min walk to the Duomo and several transport options.

Must be renovated

Room and bathroom are clean but must be renovated completely. There should be mosquito nets on the windows. It is a must in Milan. Breakfast is far below average. Breakfast area must be changed or completely renovated. Reception is very helpful and kind. Location is great.

The service is excellent. The staff is very nice and always ready to accommodate to the guest's needs. The hotel local is great, near all transportation and the Duomo area. Dinning is close by also. The hotel up keeping is average. You will be pleased about the stay if the expectation is low. Compared to the US it is not a 4 stars hotel. O would say that would be a 2 stars. And again, you are in Europe. The star categorization seems to be much lower than in US. The amenities were sub standard. Breakfast not worth the €16.00 per person. For that amount just walk to the coffee shops near by for half of the cost. There's no view to the street from the hotel. Only to the back of other buildings. After all if you're not to picky about that and the main consideration is location and a short stay, this is the place.

Sonder is clean, relatively modern, room was ok. No closet, just a coat rack (which I found annoying) and a shelf for suitcases. Our room looked nothing like the pictures online. Staff was very helpful, friendly, breakfast was adequate, location is excellent. Close to Duomo, Leo3, grocery store and pharmacy.

Beaitiful hotel and the rooms are large by european standards. We had breakfast there, it was excellent, large variety of hot and cold breakfast items, fresh juices and a coffee machine. Not the closest to everything, but we did appreciate the quietness. Would absolutely recommend and would stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights and it was the perfect location for us, not too far from the city center, about 10 min walk to the Duomo and near the metro. Less busy and few good dining options around. The only hiccup was when we came back one night and there was a black out in the hotel with no generator. Hotel is clean and everyday our room was cleaned by housekeeping and fresh towels were provided.
