Good Hotel.

Nice and clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel situated not far from underground station so a good place to use as a base to explore Milan. Air conditioning was a little noisy so had to be switched off at night which made for a warm night. Overall very happy with our stay.

The hotel has its best days behind it. Although it has been cosmetically refreshed, the conditions are rather basic. The air conditioning didn’t work. Windows in the bathroom stuck. Shower water either burning hot or cold. Certainly not for elderly people using the shower area. On the positive side - the breakfast was decent, location - not central, but manageable ~20-25 min walking to Duomo/downtown.

A noisy hotel. Good location for a 20 min journey into Milan but definitely more for business than leisure. Its looking a bit tired and need a refurbishment
