The staff was absolutely wonderful from the moment we arrived until the day we left. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay, which was definitely the highlight of our experience.
Unfortunately, the location was a major disappointment. Reaching the hotel was extremely difficult. The roads leading there were isolated and in poor condition, and our GPS repeatedly lost signal or gave incorrect directions. We ended up spending almost an extra hour trying to find the property, and because the area was so deserted, there was no one around to ask for directions.
The property also wasn’t what we expected from a hotel. It felt more like a collection of apartments spread across the hillside rather than a traditional hotel resort. While the views are beautiful, we didn’t feel the overall experience justified the price we paid.
Another inconvenience was getting around the property. Even something as simple as going to breakfast required waiting for a buggy to take us there and back, which became frustrating over the course of our stay.
If your main priority is spectacular views, you may enjoy staying here. However, considering the location, accessibility, and overall value for the money, I personally would not choose to stay here again.
