"My hotel door opened up to (I’m not good with distance so I have no idea what I’m saying, but) essentially 100 steps from the beach🏖️. AMAZING, so cool! (Note this is a river beach, not an ocean—but still very beautiful & blissful.) definitely a diamond in a rough spot. I parked my car right in front of my hotel door. "I find old houses to be charming and this one is no exception. With winding stairs and off-limits closets/doors, i wished we could explore it more. Space heaters were already on for our arrival and easy to adjust to our comfort level. The king bed was luxurious, the pantry and fridge had spices and some staples, and there was even pet dishes if you forget yours. Location was convenient for our Fredericksburg event, and the animals added personality. Only wish our stay had been longer to enjoy...

"This was our bi-annual fishing trip. This is our 3rd time staying at Lake Anna. The house was great! Very clean, comfortable beds, and a great location. Right down the road from the boat landing. Amazing parking! We were able to park 3 trucks with boats with ease. Thank you for letting us stay and we plan to visit again soon."
