"The layout of this hotel is perfect for more privacy with only two rooms per unit. Plenty of parking. The room was well appointed with plenty of space. I was sorry that I didn't have more time to enjoy the peace and view."

"What a lovely stay for a Mum’s weekend away. From entering the property with relaxing music, lovely smells and a stunning view our weekend had a lovely start. The studio is brand spanking new and has all you need with lots of space. Comfy beds, beautiful linen, thoughtful extras in the kitchen including a coffee machine. We spent our evenings relaxing on the deck with the gas fire crackling and our days out exploring the area - but honestly we would have been happy to just stay in and enjoy the lovely home . Communication with Darren was spot on and he was so helpful when we found the local electric car charger broken and he came to the rescue and let us use his. Absolutely loved our weekend away."

"The resort definitely needs some TLC, since it's been up for sale needed updates and repairs are just not happening. Having said that the place is comfortable and clean and the staff are fantastic. We were a bit disappointed that the restaurant is now only open on Friday and Saturday nights but understandable considering how quiet the place is through the week. The upside is that there's almost no one there mid week so you almost have the place to yourself. The nearby pub and cafe/Indian restaurant have excellent food 7 days a week. The golf is great and the course is well maintained although the cart paths are bit neglected. If you want a couple of days away somewhere quiet and comfortable this is it."

"This is a very peaceful and beautiful place to be, no matter how fast life is you quickly unwind as you take in the view, hear only the sounds of nature and enjoy magnificent scenery. Christina is a fantastic host and the 3 bedroom home is very clean, comfortable and inviting."

"The house was very clean and well maintained, with well equipped, spacious kitchen, and new bathroom. The house was roomy and comfortable, and there were good outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy a relaxing afternoon. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. The property is a relaxing drive and offered a relaxing, comfortable stay after a day soaking up the sunflower festival at Kalbar."
