About this property
Mill View-an idyllic base to explore The Cotswolds
Welcome to Mill View, your peaceful retreat in the picturesque Cotswold town of Northleach. This charming one-bedroom house offers a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic charm in a truly idyllic setting.
The space Mill View has been recently refurbished throughout. On the ground floor you enter a well equipped and spacious kitchen/diner, with enough space to seat up to 4 guests.
Upstairs is a large living room with a great corner suite that converts into a double sofa bed using the ottoman.
The huge bedroom has an amazing super-king bed, NOTE that this can also be converted to a twin room on request, still with plenty of room between and around the beds.
The seperate bathroom has a shower over the bath and is spacious and light, with modern tiles and fittings.
There is a very small garden area outside the kitchen and parking for 1 car.
THINGS TO NOTE There is parking for one car, which must be pulled up to the garden fence and not obstruct access to the neighbouring garages. Additional parking is available on the surrounding roads or back at the market square a few minutes walk from the house.
The house is a short stroll from the beautiful 12th century church of St. Peter and St. Paul. Please NOTE this does mean the church bells can be heard from the house during the night.
Guest access There is a small garden area outside the kitchen and parking for 1 car in front of the garden fence as shown by the black car in the photographs. Any other parking must be on the road or in the town square a few minutes walk from the house.
