Breakfast each morning was delicious. The property was next to the Homestead so it's an easy walk if you book activities through the resort. "Beautiful home full of charm and character. Easy, check-in. Comfortable temperature inside, despite the heat outside. SUPER comfortable bed (neither fluffy nor firm). The towels smell wonderful (just fresh, not perfumy) :)Quiet, lovely, neighborhood; just 1 block from downtown shops and restaurants etc- easily walkable. If you’re a coffee person, you may love that there’s a French press (in addition to the keurig and drip coffee maker). "

"The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....
