"The breakfast was good and food hot and ready. Check in staff was very nice. The pool was a treat for my family. The. Room itself was not really all that clean and I could hear everything that my neighbours were saying. Someone was working on the fourth floor in the business centre and walking over top and through the door. The tub needs to be replaced. This was good for a night’s stay but would not stay longer. "

"Last minute choice to stay in Burlington and I chose this Best Western. Great location for the 403 or QEW. Nice size room, clean and a comfortable bed. Easy walking to Scaddabush restaurant. Very close to the place I had to be at in the next morning. I would return."

"Mediocre at best. Some of the staff was a bit on the rude side. The thermostat in the room was fake and you had to use one of those loud 90s style ac units. If the bed was king sized as booked then every other hotel I have stayed in must used California Kings. No complimentary breakfast like most in this price range. The pool and hot tub were great...but could use a re-tileing. You need your room key to use the elevator...which is great for safety, but annoying for practicality. Free parking was good, not great tv...no access to streaming services. Very loud when people went by the door. Some cheaper quality items like the ice bucket...which doesn't matter but was noticed. Overall it was just okay...nothing exceptional but also not horrible. Probably won't be returning as there are better options in a similar price range."

"The candlewood hallway smells bad and my shower didn’t get hot. The staff was helpful as much as they could. They were nice. I was refunded a little bit of funds for the inconvenience for the shower issue. Huge play area for the kids that’s was cool. The gym is also there and swimming pool. Other than those two issues I had a good time."

"Had a great experience. Room was clean and well maintained. The only glitch… housekeeping did not clean our room one day but honestly we used our towels again and it was fine. Had a great stay."
