"Great location for visiting the UMass campus. In the center of everything. Accommodations were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast was typical, nothing special. Coffee was lukewarm. Restaurants were in the Campus Center, basically a food court in the Blue Wall. Had a great burger in the Commonweath Restaurant located in the Worcester Dining Commons. In summary, great reasonably priced place to stay on the UMass campus."

"Wonderful updated king room with a heating element in the bathroom that was cozy and perfect on a cold night. The king bed was comfortable to sleep on. There was a refrigerator with a small freezer and Kureig coffee machine. They also provided some snacks which were appreciated. I highly recommend staying at the Windmill Hotel."

"Nice cottage on the lake. Cottage is small as advertised, but is clean and has updated kitchen & bath. Watch your head if you sleep in the loft! The furniture is OK but would be nice if updated. Some of the blinds are in need of repair. Convenient to Wachusett Mountain. Would rate 9/10 overall."

"This is a dated, solid 3-star hotel. The interior finishes all need a serious refresh. I was on the ground floor in a nice room, but the Wi-Fi was terrible and they stuck me down by the mechanical plant and housekeeping offices. Normally not a bid deal but they left the doors open to the mechanical room the entire time I was in my room. They also need to update the quality and number of WAPs. They were confused when I asked if they had a "business center" because they don't. Given the quality of the Wi-Fi in my room, it would've been nice if they had one.😊 The Colonial Grille is awesome; it is a shining star for this somewhat tired hotel. The restuarant/bar staff are awesome, and the food is good American fare. The bar is a lot of fun, and it's big. This is a local destination for weddings. I was there from Friday to Sunday in late October and I think there were not less than 3 weddings."

"The apartment was spotless and exactly as presented. We contacted host a few times and the response was always quick and concise. The many personal touches, dog towels, dog bed and treats, for humans too. We look forward to staying here many times while visiting family in the area. We have stayed at numerous rentals and this was one of the best."
