Welcome to the Lank House—an 1876 Milton landmark just 3 blocks
from Dogfish Head Brewery and a short drive to Broadkill Beach (10 min), Lewes Beach ( 20 min), and Rehoboth Beach (30 min).

Owner Kelly DeMott is a licensed Delaware Realtor for 23 years, profile on Zillow. The 1st floor of this fairytale home is its own apartment with keyless entry, it has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, spacious living room, high ceilings, a full kitchen, a deck, a pato and a firepit area. Walk to restaurants, bars, parks, theater, shops, playgrounds or fishing & kayaking. Sidewalks take you all over town and walking around at night is our favorite thing to do. Victorian homes with decorated front doors and festive front porches are lit by porch lights.
