"This was a great rental property. No issues with VRBO host and communications. Rental agent handled all issues and was accessible by email. House was in good condition and no major issues. It is a 1 block walk to a private beach access trail and there is a very nice and quiet beach. This is just north of Broadkill beach on the mouth of Delaware bay (I think) - so no waves, just gentle bay water. They do allow dogs in the rental and on the beach which is a key draw to this location. This area has were some biting flies on the beach and mosquitos in the evening, so bring insect repellent if coming at the peak of bug season. "
"Place was so CLEAN! Always appreciated with a VRBO. It was very cute and comfortable and had everything we needed! As others said, on busy road which provided for some white noise but it didn't bother us at all and we would definitely return! Host was also very responsive and helpful!"

"We loved our stay and would definitely book again. First impression when we walked in was cleanliness. We could tell the couch had been vacuumed. The huge bean bag chair was a huge hit with my boys and our dog, especially. The backyard is large and beautiful. My son and I enjoyed sitting in the sunroom while the dog played in the yard. The sunroom has multiple glass doors you can open to get air circulating and it actually felt really nice despite the heat. My 20 year old son said the neighborhood didn't look real...that it looked AI generated, LOL! It WAS very pretty. Lots of trees, shrubs, plants, and flowers. Everything is so green and everyone's yards nicely manicured. We enjoyed our stay!"
"The property was really lovely, just as pictured, and a great location. We enjoyed our stay. A few tweaks could make it even better (more comfortable pillows, more coffee pods (there were only two), we couldn’t find bath mats for each bathroom). But overall a charming house, plenty of air conditioning. Would stay again!"
