hot tub not working and not disclosed before checking in. The reason I picked this hotel. Stayed 2 nights had hoped it would be fixed for atleast part of the stay but was not. Also if you want a hot shower, you need to have the water barely on, so you're choosing between water pressure or warm water--can't have both!
