Cons: There weren't any rooms available although I paid ahead of time on a reservation 2wks prior. I waited 10-12min for them to "check" rooms to see what I could get. First room inspection there was a used condom hanging from under the mattress. No need to check cleanliness of bathroom, fridge, microwave, etc. Complained right away, attendant apologized, found a different room. The attendant asked how the next room was; it was worth bringing my stuff inside. I never unload my vehicle until inspection is done. Pros:The outside was kept up, quiet, many places to shop & eat. It was also close to the freeway.

Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic they still tried to provide us with some breakfast options, they observed the social distancing practices and our Room was very neat

This property is in need of many updates. While current ownership has completed some superficial look good changes the property needs work. The property was chosen for price. Even at low price point was not a value. The rooms are extremely small.

The location was great a lot of restaurants by. Getting into the driveway was a bit tricky right away. The room could have been a bit better condition and the room could have been a bit cleaner especially the tub. The price for the night was excellent. Alao after Covid it would be nice if they reopen the pool which is a plus to have there.

Room was nice. Staff was awesome. No hot water at all. Let it run for 10 minutes. Was not hot water in the morning either. Tub or sink.

The lobby and outside of the property is very nice looking and very modern to match the area. The room, however, was out of date. Smelled and the carpet and paint were very old and dirty. Beyond that when I went to take a shower I found that the bathroom door, which had a weird patchy paint job which makes me wonder what happened in there, had blood smeared on it as well as some suspicious splatters on the ceiling. The staff I interacted with was also kind of unfriendly. I arrived very late as my reservation at a different hotel was given away despite us telling them we were getting in late, so I did arrive right around 11 after booking online so maybe that was why my welcome was less than enthusiastic. My check in took ten minutes and the desk worker just seemed annoyed I came in, but he did have to call someone because he didn’t know how to process something because I had booked through Expedia so maybe that was more it than anything. I didn’t bother saying anything about the blood since we were just there for 8 hours to sleep and I discovered it in the morning as we were getting ready to leave.

The room was clean, no problem there. It was a cold December night and I had the heat set on low. It never shut off as if it had no thermostat. Had to turn it off when the room overheated and went to bed. Woke up to a cold room. Also, the room had no hot water. I wasn't able to take a shower in the morning. No one at the front desk when I checked out, so I wasn't able to address these issues.

I stayed in several rooms over a 3 week span and the shower on the third floor , drain wouldn’t drain. Second floor ac/heater need cleaned and sink drain kept backing up. Breakfast wasn’t even edible, hard as rock like it had been reheated from the day before

It certainly did not look like the pictures. The room was very small. It badly needs to be remodeled. The bathroom was painted but they did a bad job. It did not want to take a bath in the tub because the drain had rust. The door was to the outside so I did not feel safe. The comforter was not covered so I don’t know when it was cleaned the last.
