The price of room was shocking - over $400 - for one night, buy it was my 4th year staying here. Last year, the TV didn't work, no biggie. This year, the pool was freezing and the hot tub was cold, like shivering cold. The water was cloudy/dirty. I did let staff know before returning to room for a hot shower. I checked a few hours later, same conditions. I had my daughter & grandson with me, so we were pretty disappointed. Our room was clean & breakfast was very good. Not sure we'll stay here next year. *Candi H.

Great breakfast, I really like the hotel and staff. Going thru a third party booking (Expedia) is a dead end scam. Always do business directly with the hotel if you can.
