"This hotel feels like our second home. It’s our go to hotel every time. It’s not as luxurious as the other ones in Clark but what the hotel offers surpasses that. The staff is the heart of this hotel. The location, food and the other features are just icing on the cake. All the staff are amazing and this is no exaggeration. Special mention to James and Alanis (who took care of us also last year); Chezka and Yana from front desk; Kiko and George from the restaurant and all the housekeeping and security staff! "The property was amazing. The down side was when I booked the hotel they did not disclose that the pool was closed due to construction. The room was perfect and the staff was more than helpful"

"Hotel was in an ideal location near the airport and the mall. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little outdated as it was in the older building with older light fixtures that had broken light shades and scratches on the mirrors. It was otherwise a pleasant stay for the one night needed for me and my group as it was a spacious room with three beds which you rarely see in a hotel space."

"Airport shuttle is on call. Rooms are over the restaurant/bar, likely noisy on weekend, but I was there during week. Restaurant and bar is open 24/7"
