"Located in the beautiful Cotswolds lies this accommodation. Run by incredibly friendly people. Parking was easy. The room we rented was spaciou and well maintained. Especially considering the building is quite old. It’s not a hotel. You’re staying in somebody’s house. Entering through a side entrance, passing eggs for sale. Having to remove your outdoor shoes when going upstairs. It all adds to the experience of what’s it like living there. We had a great time and definitely recommend staying...

"We absolutely loved our stay at this lovely pub.Set in a lovely little village. The staff were so friendly, the bedroom was very cosy, and warm. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. The breakfasts were very yummy and there was a choice of full English or cereals. Plenty of coffee or tea. The evening meals were delicious and good sized portions. There was always plenty of hot water in the bathroom and the room was lovely and warm. The village was so peaceful and we slept very well...

Why whoever is doing the work do not open the pavement area up at weekends is beyond me. No one working. But having to go out of the way to get to the hotel. But that’s not the hotel’s fault. "

"There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. "
