"The location was great. Right on Juno beach. Bedding was missing upon arrival. Contacted host twice via the contact host link (text via what’s app). No response and then I tried to phone but the number did not work. Finally just before 10 pm the host brought a sheet, 2 pillow cases, duvet cover, 2 towel, and one dish towel. The floor at the edges was dirty, missing extra toilet paper, fire detector sitting on counter. The hallway coming in smells terrible. We bought our own toilet paper and hand soap. We also asked where to take the garbage and didn’t hear back until after we checked out. The location was nice but would choose a different place next time. "

"The room in the Annex property about 150 metres from the hotel was compact and clean. Ideal for a single person. WiFi was excellent. Unfortunately I chose to eat dinner in the restaurant but did not get past the Amuse-Bouche which, though tasty, contained at least one shard of glass which though reaching my mouth did not get past the throat. When I brought this to the attention of a member of staff who had difficulty understanding my pigeon French interspersed with some English. She removed the glass without the expected apology nor any explanation as to what she was going to do with the offending piece. My hunger evaporated at this point, finished my wine for which I paid, and left. Breakfast in the morning was much as expected with usual mix of cold items and good bread. Would gladly return for the room but would chose to eat elsewhere. "

"Spotless room and staff were very friendly. A good breakfast buffet. Our only glitch was the fact that hot water to the shower took a very long time to come through. We thought there was an issue but you just needed to run it for another 5 minutes."

"Traveled with friend on motorcycles. This is a Studio apartment, so one room with Sofa Bed, small Kitchen area and en suite Shower room with W.C. Ideal for a short stay, bed is comfortable. Clean condition throughout.It's quite small, but well equipped.Would recommend. "

"This apartment was absolutely perfect for our vacation to Normandy. We appreciated that the apartment is located within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops and we enjoyed the short walk across the street to the beach to watch the sunset almost every night.The hosts were wonderful in their communication - our check-in to the property was very easy and straightforward and the hosts truly went above and beyond to welcome us to their apartment and to Courseulles-sur-Mer. We found the apartment was very well stocked and was very clean, as well as safe and secure. Our highlight was having a glass of wine on the balcony in the evenings and we enjoyed the added bonus of having a washing machine in the apartment as well as a dedicated parking space. We would not hesitate to stay here again should we ever get the opportunity to visit Courseulles-sur-Mer again!"
