DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel St. Paul Downtown
The hotel was ok; the WiFi never worked, and the TV in the room would intermittently stop working. The elevator and room entry cards would randomly stop working, which was also very inconvenient. The room's climate control was also very hard to regulate. I have a travel clock that tracks temperature, ...
