This is a pleasant, well-located property. Easy check-in. Comfortable beds. Walkout to Mississippi River trail. Cafe within easy walking distance. West 7th restaurants, shops also within walking distance but farther. We would stay here again.

I booked this stay well ahead of a music festival within walking distance from the VRBO. The night we were supposed to arrive very late for the first night, I got a message that our stay was canceled. The owner said it was burst pipes. Maybe but very inconvenient for us and very disappointing to have to stay at a hotel 15 miles away for twice the cost.
