I was offered a refund by the motel staff and Expedia.. over and over again for weeks. They was no intention of providing a refund even after I was assured getting refunded was the right solution over staying the following night. Extremely disappointed in both the motel staff and Expedia experience..

I guess the biggest thing is I have stayed here weeks at a time and I have a registered service dog. And never had a issue but the new person went all out of her way to tell me oh you can't stay more then 3 days I asked why no problem before?? I'm quiet I'm on time I paid up front there should still be no problem and she wasn't all that friendly to top it off
