Lovely sunny home tucked away for your own privacy. The home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath and a half. It has a pullout couch so the house can sleep up to six people. There is an extra guest fee for more than 4 guests of $15 per guest per night for guests older than 2 years of age.

The home has a lovely fenced in backyard which provide privacy and a place for your pet. ( approved in advance ) There is a private garage on the property as well as off street parking. Interstate 94 is four blocks away for very easy for commuting. The home is closely located to downtown St. Paul Regions Hospital and many schools as well as major companies.

Great location. Fantastic backyard. There is a dog park 2 miles away. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Shopping, parks, public transportation, 20 minutes from the airport.
It's a great home away from home.

Overall we were very happy with our stay!! There were a few things in the listing that didn't quite match up with the property which caused some confusion at the beginning, but we're easily sorted. We would stay there again.

Great place if you have a dog

I loved the fenced-in backyard. My dog sniffed, roamed, and hung out. And there's a nice patio where you can have a meal. Overall it was a great place!

Visit to St. Paul

We needed a property that would allow us to bring our senior dog with us, and this home provided a great space. The backyard is fully fenced in and offers a large place for pets to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to major highways.

Quaint and Quiet

Not a lot of places allow pets, this house is a rare gem and we loved being able to have our dog stay with us instead of having to board her for the weekend. Quaint, cute and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the back yard space and the kitchen is very well stocked, which is also rare in rentals

Weekend Getaway

The property is exactly as advertised. It was super clean, we had absolutely no issues. The location is perfect with easy access to main roads. The host was great, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this house and we will for sure be looking to see if it is available on our next trip to the Twin Cities.

Great little family/dog friendly home

This home was just right for our small family consisting of 2 adults, a 2 1/2 year old and our dog. Love having the security of a fenced in yard! Very quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need when visiting the twin cities, or a day trip to Stillwater or Hudson. We hiked and adventured many state parks, visited family in Shakopee, found great BBQ and Mexican restaurants. Jane was quick to communicate. Definitely recommend!

Good location, clean, but older home

A good value for the price. Clean throughout but older home. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, and the steps are on the steep and shallow side. The 2nd floor has a sink and toilet in one of the bedrooms, with only a curtain for privacy. Overall, very comfortable and quiet.

Hockey Trip

It was a nice quiet neighborhood. It was also nice to have a fenced backyard so my service dog could play and be a dog. So often we find places where backyards aren’t completely fenced or have something in the backyard that would cause an issue. It was great. The quiet and solitude was nice as we had friends come visit us both nights we stayed and had enough room to visit with them.

Small cozy home in a nice neighborhood

Stayed for 2 days, didn't spend much time in the home but was very nice we could bring our dogs. Lots of food options and cozy home, enjoyed our stay. It was unclear how much the additional cost of the dogs would be so make sure to factor in it's 75 per dog. However there aren't many dog friendly options around so we were still satisfied.

Great for our family!

We came to the area on vacation and really enjoyed our stay at this property. Our dog loved the backyard. Our one year old stayed in the smaller room upstairs (there was plenty of room for a pack n play at the foot of the bed and lots of room for one in the main room). The kitchen worked great and had everything we needed to cook full meals. We were also conveniently located to the things we wanted to do and there were lots of grocery stores and restaurants close by. The host, Jane, was responsive during our trip and gave good clear directions at check in. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was clean and met all our needs. The bed was comfortable, backyard had a wooden fence and shade, and it is located in a quiet neighborhood. The host installed AC for us:) We used it, too. We would rent again.

Relaxing and Quiet Home

We came up from Il to see our daughter. She currently lives in a studio apartment, so we weren't able to stay with her. This rental has everything to make a comfortable stay. She provided coffee, which we forgot to bring and so that was nice. She offered recomendations which were all good. It was a nice neighborhood minitues from the highway. The fenced backyard was such a bonus. It was clean and felt very safe. We've had some unfortunate rentals in MSP and so this felt like a perfect find! We had a very fun trip.
