The host was super responsive, communication was easy. She waited for us on the day of arrival. The place is easy to find, reachable by public transport, close to the old town, shops, etc. very central. Beautiful apartment, great location. The kitchen is minimally equipped, but that was enough for us to cook meals. Thank you!

Terrible experience

An apartment located on the 5th floor of a Building. There is no elevator!!! You should listen to all the noise of the city. All items are old and neglected. There is a terrible smell in the house. Insects are crawling in the bathroom. There is a bathtub but you cannot use it. The representative does not speak English and questions your knowledge of English. Disrespectful woman. hours before your check-in, she calls you and says that the apartment is not available, and offers you a worse apartment for the same price I suggest you stay away from this company's apartments.

Service very unorthodox and some places proposed initially when I decided to extend my stay were really not worth it. It's more careful to book for one night first to be sure you get what you paid for as pics could be, sometimes, just a make-believe... Additionally, so-called luxury apartments are in fact located in ordinary buildings with view on the road traffic what is all but a really festive-like ambiance... I am really skeptical and I will give it another try but, for the meantime, except a private sauna in a place I rented, I have not been really impressed except by the cleanness that I must praise as it matters... To be continued...
