"Hotel is under construction and I had to hear construction noises through the day! I was rudely woken up at 6:50am on Sunday as the channel music got connected to the PA system in the room!!! The Junior Suite I booked was no different from the regular room "

" They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . I think better idea is to include price of drinking water per person per day that way you can stock some water. The bedsheet was dirty and when I asked to change it they did but it's also dirty. The person told us all the bedsheets look dirty. Washroom is not much clean. Toilet bowl is surely not clean. Water supply is short. So anytime of the day water there is so less water in faucet/ tap- it takes over an hour to fill a bucket. AC works well. No issues with that.The staff keeps loud music on when they do room service of other rooms. So that was disturbing as we were taking nap between afternoon hours. Breakfast is pricy but tasty. There is so much garbage right outside hotel and between Mahindra showroom. Even if that is on street I feel hotel should get it cleaned People who come hotel do walk on that street. The best thing about hotel is location. Very convenient location & Mr. Vivek Patel was extremely helpful,front counter person. He tried his best to help us with arranging bike ride for myself & my mom as our uber was waiting midway. "

"I didn’t dislike the property relative to the location. I did have to ask for a towel and toilet paper. It didn’t look like the picture, but I had a comfortable stay"

"It was good. Rooms could have been clearer. However, the staff, people and everyone was very good. Helpful and nice. Our trip was fabulous thanks to the people on the ground. The room was nice and cosy. In view of the lack of accommodation else where, this one was the most luxurious. Very close to the boat house which you get boats to visit the Sangam. "

"The property is a rundown apartment , doesn't have proper ventilation. The Staff/Hotel Owner charged us 1000Rs more as we were 5 people to stay for 2 rooms. When booking the Hotel , I specifically mentioned that were 3 people and selected a Deluxe room (for 3 people) and Normal room (for 2 people)"

"Excellent property, accommodating staff and tasty breakfast"

"5 stars for staff. 4 stars for food. 3 stars for tents. There was a generator back of the tent which disturbed sleep. Also as cars were parked in the compound, drivers were chatting till 2 in the night. No hot kettle in the room. No dustbins in the room."
