Additionally, the comforts of the fully stocked kitchen, renovated bathrooms, new plank flooring plus a laundry room are shore to help you really remember how to smile.

Per Homeowner Association rules; absolutely no tents or canopies are allowed on the beach.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
