Welcome to Blue Surf 21, a chic beach-themed townhome perfect for vacationers of all kinds. Nestled in a peaceful community along Scenic Gulf Drive, this inviting retreat is just steps away from the beach and a short five-minute walk to Pompano Joe’s. Upon entering the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring a Keurig coffee maker and granite countertops, along with a cozy dining area that comfortably seats six. Adjacent to the kitchen is a beautifully updated full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The first floor also includes a guest bedroom, decorated in calming shades of blue, with a queen bed, smart TV, and sliding glass doors leading out to the patio. From here, you’ll have easy access to the community pool and the beach just beyond.

The second floor features a peaceful living area, complete with a spacious sectional, flat-screen TV, wet bar, and access to a private balcony. Relax with a drink of your choice while enjoying views of the community pool and the Gulf beyond. The master bedroom offers a tranquil retreat, featuring a king bed, built-in twin bunk bed, and flat-screen TV. The master bathroom completes this level with a modern walk-in shower. For added convenience, the home is equipped with a washer and dryer, along with two beach chairs and a wagon. Create unforgettable memories at Blue Surf 21.

Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful stay, the location was perfect with the pool just outside our unit for the kids. We could see the ocean from the room. Unit was everything it showed to be. We will be back!!

Cute townhouse

The place was upgraded and super nice. Very clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was clean and we enjoyed swimming at night. Only a short walk to the beach and great view from the balcony. I will definitely be back! Management company was great! No issues at all!

We received the check-in access codes promptly at the time indicated. Upon arrival, property was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures. Everything needed was provided. The view of the beach from the balcony was a nice touch. The beach truly is a 2 min walk away which was perfect for us given we had our infant with us. Excellent property and managed well. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed the unit for a long weekend. What a view too! My only complaint was I found the master bed quiet uncomfortable. I purchased a mattress pad at Walmart which definitely helped. My husband didn’t mind the firm mattress.

Conveniently located

We loved the fact that it was convenient for the beach… but unfortunately the space has not really been updated in some areas. We couldn’t use the pull out couch as it’s all old and I’m sure broken as you can feel every spring. There was no way to rinse the sand off before entering as the water is shut off in the front. The dryer squeaks so horribly we had to make sure to time the use of it. The shower in the downstairs bathroom is not properly installed that it was hard to try and get the water temp right too. Again definitely loved the convenience of how close it is but definitely in need of some upgrades.

Air not cold

The A/C wasn’t that efficient. We have stayed in other condos at Blue Surf and never had a problem with the Air. This trip we had to go and buy a big fan for the master bedroom. The fridge wasn’t getting cold so our first day there we had to go buy an extra cooler and ice to keep food cold because they stayed at Compass Resorts that they didn’t recommend me putting anything perishable in fridge for 8 hours. That to me is unacceptable on a rental property knowing people bring food/groceries.

Not what it seemed...

Where should I begin? For starters, we have stayed at the Blue Surf Condos for over 15 years. So we are very familiar with the units. At first glance the condo looks very, very nice. Then we started noticing things. Big issues first: If you plan on sleeping upstairs plan on being hot, the AC unit is a joke and doesn't cool the upstairs at all. The info left said we couldn't turn the AC below 72 or if something happened to it we could be responsible for it. Really? The cable was screwed up for the whole week we were there, only the upstairs den TV had all the channels, the other TVs had 8 channels. Not sure if this is what is always provided or not. To add to the cable issues the two TV's that were in the bunk beds didn't even have cable at all, nothing! My kids were pretty upset about that! Upstairs sliding glass door didn't even lock, so we had to move a chair in front to make sure our young children couldn't escape onto a balcony. Every other unit we have rented (BS 6, 7 and 8) all came with two beach chairs included with the rental. This unit came with no chairs and it was the most expensive we have stayed at. My wife reported the AC issue (water dripping), they came out and worked on it but it didn't improve the temperature upstairs. The worker from Compass Resort said the sliding door was so old that they couldn't get in the pieces they needed to fix it while we were there. Also, get this, on our way home from the beach Compass Resorts called us saying that house keeping told them that they were missing a bed spread from down stairs, implying that we took it. To begin with, there was never a bed spread on the bed when we got there. We had to use blankets from the closet. Compass did report back to us that they had taken the bedspread themselves for either cleaning or replacement. When we asked if there were any other issues the woman told us that there was a stain on the couch but they couldn't be sure we caused the stain...really??? We have NEVER rented at a place and been accused of anything. Some of the small items: Not a place to put food, the pantry had dishes and silverware stored in it. Not many cooking utensils, didn't even have a cookie sheet. For the record, we have used VRBO all the time. I know all rental properties will have their issues etc. But this unit was a lot of smoke and mirrors. We will be back at the BS next summer again, but at a different unit. I will end this on a positive note...it's beautifully decorated.

Love this property

Our second time staying at this property. We love it! Close walk to beach’s shops and restaurants! Does get hot upstairs but that’s expected in a town home in the heat of summer!

Great Location

The location is absolutely perfect. It’s a short walk that crosses a street to get to the beach. My almost 2 year old walked it perfectly fine. The pool was nice and neighborhood was relatively quiet. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The house is as pictured, but I do believe it is important to note that the master bedroom and living room are upstairs and the guest room/bath and kitchen are on the main level, which was a bit odd but we weren’t in the home much during the day anyway. The house was relatively clean with the exception for dust. We raised the blinds once and dust went everywhere. I also wish the appliances and showers were updated. The dryer took quite a while to actually dry our clothing but it eventually worked. Overall I would recommend to others and would stay here again due to the location.

Perfect little place to stay!

The townhouse was great! Short and easy walk to the beach as well as dining and shops. The beds were comfy and had plenty of extra towels, linens and pillows for the beds. Check in and out process was simple and easy. Company was great with communicating and answering any questions within minutes via text. Would def recommend this unit to family and friends.

Great vacay

Me and my friends stayed here for a short trip to Miramar. The house was right off the beach, so it was nice to be able to walk to the water whenever we wanted to. The house was clean and nice, we made ourselves right at home quickly. I would definitely stay here again

Great Beach Access

We love being able to walk to the beach and use the pool. Nice kitchen and beds are very good. Love the walking paths on this stretch of Miramar. Unit has all we need. Cable was not working and Compass sent a maintenance person and called HOA. The HOA called Cox cable who came on Saturday and got things fixed for us.. Since there was an issue it was nice to know they made sure we got things fixed. They followed up with us to let us know what was happening.
