Tops'l is a 52 acre gated community that is adjacent to the National Park, shops of Sandestin, and Baytowne Wharf. Tops'l is a tranquil beach and racket resort and is a top pick for tennis vacations in Northwest Florida. Starting May 1st 2021, rental guests must check in with the Guest Registration Office upon arrival. The office is on your immediate right after entry. Someone in your party age 25 or older must show ID and sign the rental agreement which the office will provide.
If the Guest Registration office is closed, proceed to the Guard Gate. The guard will issue you a temporary parking pass. You will be required to check in at the office the following day.
