    With a prime locale in the Grand Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort community, this spacious condo offers golf course, pool, and many resort amenities! This eighth-floor condo presents two luxe suites, each with its own en suite bathroom and balcony access. Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony or schedule a tee time at one of the championship golf courses on-site. An open-concept living area offers a large TV, while a full kitchen has all you need to prepare delicious meals.



    ON-SITE Golf and Beach Resort boasts excellent all-season amenities, including a fitness center, hot tub, and 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool. Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort stretches from the bay to the beach. The resort offers endless options for dining, shopping, entertainment, and activities with three public golf courses, 15 tennis courts, a 113-slip marina, two spas, miles of bike trails, and the beautiful sugar-white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The Village of Baytowne Wharf provides dining, shopping, and entertainment options for the entire family featuring 16 retail shops, 20 restaurants and nightclubs, and 11 entertainment experiences, including Blast Arcade and Baytowne Adventure Zone. Prospective guests should be aware of major discrepancies between the listing's "luxe" description and the actual property conditions.Beach Access Misrepresentation: Prior to booking, management explicitly confirmed via messaging that the property featured a "5-6 mins walking only" beach access requiring a code. This is false. There is no walkable or private beach access. Guests must drive or take a shuttle to reach the beach.Property Maintenance and Cleanliness: Upon arrival, a full, moldy cup of coffee was left on the patio.The condo had a heavy, persistent foul odor from day one that air fresheners could not mask.One patio chair has a large hole in the seat and the other is severely worn, making outdoor seating unusable. The view was of the golf course and the property did not have an ocean view as advertised.The bedroom dresser is structurally flimsy, has drawers that do not close properly, and is covered in what appear to be marker/scribbles. The bedroom mattress/frame squeaks loudly with any movement mimicking the sound of cheap foldout out couch. No oven mitts were provided in the kitchen.Check-in Issues: There was an administrative failure at arrival. It required over an hour on the phone with different customer service reps just to receive the QR code required to pass through the gate for parking.The property lacks the basic maintenance required of a luxury rental, and the location data provided by management was deliberately misleading.
