Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying sights and sounds of the Gulf plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin has to offer!

✹ NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape Security/Local Police and subject to fines.
✹ BOOKING GUEST MUST BE 25+ AND PRESENT DURING THE WHOLE STAY (HOA Policy) - In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ CANCELLATION POLICY: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% Credit Card Processing Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
