How much better can it get ... newly decorated walls and furniture in a warm beach setting. Family oriented and KID FRIENDLY at one of the most popular resorts in the Destin area. Two + acres of private, sugar-white beach. It sleeps EIGHT (8) people.

Includes Beach Service (4 chairs and 2 Umbrellas) from March 1st - October 31st. We now have a beach ramp! No more stairs!

Our beautiful get away is now available for your comfort and enjoyment. It is one of the largest floorplans in Maravilla Building #1 and is open and airy with a large covered balcony accessible from both the main living area and master suite. The beach and emerald waters are only a short walk away. We are fully furnished down to the last fork and spoon. Just bring your own beach/pool towels and be ready for some fun and relaxation.

This is a wonderful unit for the entire family, a gathering of friends, or a romantic getaway for two. The layout boasts a master suite w/king bed, full bath, and balcony access. Another suite has another king bed and full bath. Third BR has bunk beds which are a twin size bed on top bunk and full size bed on bottom bunk. All three bedrooms have TVs in the rooms. The main living area has a sleeper sofa (queen sofa bed), TV/VCR/DVD,WI-FI dining area and breakfast bar. Al Fresco dining on the balcony. Vinyl Hardwood look flooring throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped. Unit has both a washer/dryer and dishwasher.

Rental golf carts and e-bikes are now allowed, while other motorized vehicles (e-scooters, one-wheelers, etc.) remain prohibited. At Maravilla each condo is allowed 2 unassigned parking spaces.

Great Getaway!

We had a great time during our family vacation to Destin. The condo was everything we were looking for. It is in a great location and was very clean and inviting. We’d absolutely stay here again.

Perfect Location

Easy walk right across the street from the beach and a 10 minute or less walk to Pompano Joe’s. Heated pool and hot tub were great for a quick trip in March. Perfect condo for 2 families of 4.

Beach vacation 2025

Condo looks renovated. Very clean. Tastefully decorated. Comfortable beds. Great kitchen appliances. Pots are nuce and strong. The hosts had seasonings, hand soap, dish soap, paper towels, etc available. Loved this location.

Condo was very clean. Construction was going on but did not bother us. Condo is located close to elevator. Plenty of room. Everything you need. This is our third year coming to Miramar. Love it every time.

Vacation stay

The living room furniture old I covered with flat bed sheets. Floors were dirty. One shower water flow poor and other bathroom shower drain was slow. Hand held shower hoses would have been better. There could have been a selection of games and fresh playing cards. Over it was good. The bonus was location and umbrella and chairs on beach each day. Over all good location. Beds were comfortable. Pet friendly.

Maravilla

We enjoyed Maravilla's amenities: the pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, easy access to the beach, and quiet neighborhood to walk our puppy. There was construction noise and activity, but it wasn't overwhelmingly disruptive. Our unit was clean, updated, and comfortable.

Perfect Family Getaway

Beautiful, updated and great location. We loved walking to the beach each day and having chairs ready. All of us enjoyed playing pickleball and walking each morning. The kitchen was well stocked. Thank you for your hospitality.

Another great Destin vacay!

Condo was great and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, check in and out was easy. Coffee, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels were in condo to get us started until we got to the store. Beds were super comfy. We liked that the smallest bedroom didn't have the small little bunk bed.

Family Vacation

Wonderful trip! The communication with the owners was great! So very helpful in answering any question I had prior to and during our stay! The condo was so very pretty and CLEAN! The kitchen was very nicely stocked with pots and pans that were not scratched or worn, plenty of utensils as well as storage containers. I can’t say enough good things about our stay!😊 Our family had so much fun!

5-star from a picky renter

As you read, keep in mind that I am very picky when deciding on a rental! This is our second time in this community and we love that Maravilla is dog-friendly—we brought our usual two dogs. Since our last stay in 2023, they updated the complex with new paint and lighting which made it even more luxurious! All four in our group needed to get away to recharge and the design choices in the condo made it so easy to relax in the space. Bright, not cluttered, and it was clean! For entertainment purposes, my cooking-loving Mom wanted to share that she really appreciated that the unit had high quality cookware. I also look for big TVs in a rental because our family does like to unwind with a movie at the end of the day and this unit provided that.We also keep looking to stay in this area because the beach is just across the street and we could walk to get our coffee in the morning at Bad Ass Coffee and walk to dinner at Pompano Joe’s. Anywhere else is just minutes away with a vehicle.Communication wise, Karen absolutely delivered by contacting beach attendants IMMEDIATELY when we were denied our four chairs (received only two). They apparently hadn’t updated their paper chart, but because of Karen, the attendants made it right within minutes. Highly recommend this place and these hosts!
Our boys always wear diapers inside when they are guests.
Our boys also enjoy the stroll by the beach since they’re not allowed on the sand.

Simply great!

We had a wonderful time staying at Maravilla in Karen and Stephanie's condo. They answered quickly when we had a few minor questions and everything was as advertised. I'm a detail person and loved their helpful check-in, check-out lists and other information about the property. The heated pool was a nice bonus since the water can still be a little chilly in April, but we took advantage of both outdoor pools and the pickle ball courts! (Love that they had all the gear you needed right there!) Super easy walk to the beach and really like that they included the beach chairs/umbrella rental. The water was gorgeous - perfectly clear. This is a convenient location to get around Destin / Sandestin with lots of good restaurants (and beignets!) nearby. Thank you Karen and Stephanie!

great stay

Everything was great and as described (loved the décor). The only suggestion I would have is to add on the condo description some specifics about the exact location of the unit (you overlook a neighborhood). I knew we were a building away, but that might be helpful for others simply to know exactly where you'll be located/facing (perhaps an aerial photo with an arrow marking this unit). We had a family of five so we rented an extra umbrella and 3 extra chairs. It was kind of pricey @$52 daily for that set-up but we really liked the fact that we didn't have to lug all of that equipment across the street and down to the beach so it was worth it to us. The communication was great and we absolutely loved our stay. We would stay here again most definitely.
