Beach Haven at Snowdrift is a unique beach property located in Miramar Beach, FL. This is a duplex with two complete sides. The rental includes both sides as well as a private pool and fenced in yard. The pool is fenced for the safety of the little ones. This property is perfect for large families or groups traveling together that want to gather in the communal areas then retreat to their private units when desired. This property can sleep up to fourteen guests. Private driveway with parking for four cars.

Visit the white sandy beaches of The Gulf of Mexico just a short walk away (About 150 yds). Dine at an array of local restaurants located nearby. Visit local attractions such as Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park. Shop at the Destin Commons or the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Take the short drive down to the Destin Harbor and visit The Harborwalk Pavilion for the fireworks! Book a fishing trip or rent a boat and spend the day at Crab Island. The possibilities are endless!

This duplex has two sides (side A and Side B) each unit is as follows…

Side A: Main living area is located on the second floor. Baby gates are at the top and bottom of the stairs. The top floor has a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. A living area with queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony. A half bathroom on the second floor. The first floor includes 2 master bedrooms with queen-size beds and a full-size bathrooms. Washer and dryer in unit.

Side B: Main living area is located on the second floor. Baby gates are at the top and bottom of the stairs. The top floor has a fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and a dining area. A living area with queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests, a flat screen TV, and a private balcony. A half bathroom on the second floor. A master bedroom with a queen size bed and a full-size bathroom. A second bedroom with two sets of twin size bunk beds (Great for the kids). Washer and dryer in unit.

Baby Gear: Property has two full size high chairs, 2 porta cribs, safety gates at the top of the stairs, and 2 gates you can use at the bottom of the stairs.

Pet friendly property! Dogs only, no restrictions on weight or number of dogs. $175.00 additional fee for pets plus taxes.

We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner.

We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin.

Discounted monthly rates available November- February. To get a monthly rate quote during this time frame you must enter a 28-night stay or more. Feel free to contact us should you have further questions.

We enjoyed our time at the house. It was clean and a nice setup for 2 families. It’s a bit further than we’re use to from the beach but was manageable. We take a canopy and a few ice chests so it’s pretty far if carrying a lot. We ended up driving down to the end of the street and unloading and then it was fine. If you’re taking an umbrella and chairs I think it would be fine. The street is full of beautiful homes. This is the 1st house and it’s right behind Alvin’s Island and dollar general so that was extremely convenient! We did catch a homeless man multiple days taking a shower in the outdoor shower(in his clothing) but told him to leave and he didn’t come back the rest of the trip. Just something to be mindful of if letting kids go out without an adult.

This place is perfect for families. Close to shopping, and no roads to cross to beach.

Great place for large families.

This property was awesome for our huge family. There was room for everyone, even the kids had their own space with games. The pool was clean and maintained throughout the stay. Short walk to the beach and across the street from the outlets! Will certainly stay again!

Fantastic stay

Communication was clear, friendly and prompt. Everything was exactly as described, beach chairs and umbrellas in good condition. We had 7 adults and 5 children and everyone was comfortable and had a great time. Appreciated the safety of the locks on the doors and fencing around the property, as well as the fence around the pool. Would absolutely recommend and hope to stay again in the near future!

Best Trip!

We took a group of 6 15 year old boys on a mom/son beach trip. The property was great. The 2 upstairs living areas were great bc the boys were able to have their own space. The property was super clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely use her properties for future trips!

Family Vacation 2021

Our experience was wonderful. We really enjoyed the rental. We had lots of room and everything was so super clean and pretty. We wish the pans were better cooking quality but other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. The private pool was a big plus for everyone!!! We will be staying again!

Bachelor weekend - Deep sea fishing trip

We enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. House was in perfect shape and seemed to have been recently completely renovated (interior). Very clean. Will definitely consider for next fishing trip!

Very nice clean property. We rented both sides. Recently remodeled. Not too far from the beach. The private pool was worth it. Kitchen upstairs which was a surprise. We would consider staying here again!

We had an amazing stay. Minus the slight inconvenience of having to go out everytime you wanted to go to the other side since there is no joining door. The property was clean. Lots of towels and blankets. Conveniently located to lots of different things. Communication with property management was awesome!

We liked having multiple living room spaces to accommodate children and adults. The communication was excellent and response times quick. Wish the pool was heated but that didn’t stop the boys from having fun! We would definitely go back

Perfect for a girls trip

Short walk to the beach. We had a few minor issues but nothing major. The pool area could use some work. The fence is falling in some places. Overall we had a great time and will be looking into renting the house again next year.
