Sol Mate is a lovely, two-story vacation home that offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico’s emerald green waters. Enjoy 50 ft. of private beach exclusive to this home from your own personal private beach access.



Upon entry you will be greeted by Sol Mate’s spacious open floor plan with the kitchen, dining and living areas blending seamlessly together. This tranquil and serene living space echoes the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast with all-white walls and furnishings. The living space features 3 sleeper sofas. The formal dining area provides seating for 8 guests. Additional seating can be found at the breakfast bar by the kitchen or at a second bar space which offers seating for 4. The open and bright kitchen is fully-stocked, has stainless steel appliances and features an island for extra prep-space.



For sleeping arrangements on the first floor, you will find 2 King Suites featuring their own attached private bathrooms and a custom built bunk room with 2 sets of Queen/Queen Bunks!



On the second floor you will find all King Suites, and a sleep quarters with 2 Queen beds. Each of the elegant King Suites come with beautiful gulf views, one has a private bathroom and the other has a shared bath. The first King Suite features a unique wicker headboard — wicker being a classic and tasteful material for coastal, beachfront furnishings. The Master King Suite includes a gorgeous 4-poster bed, walk-in closet, balcony access, a private bath. This room sleeps 5 guests. The master bath features a walk-in shower and large garden tub.



This home is within minutes to grocery stores, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, beach front restaurants, and many other attractions.







ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:



*This home rents ONLY Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer Months.



* No College/Student groups allowed. all renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.



*Weddings/Events– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $750.00 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.*



*Wedding Permit- This home does require a permit from the county that is separate from the $750.00 event fee from Beach Reunion*



*Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs, with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:

Pet Fee: This home is pet friendly. We do have a non-refundable pet fee of $250 per dog. We do only allow dogs to be in our homes. 25lbs or less with a two dog maximum allotment.



VayKGear (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Elevate Your Stay with Beach & Pool Games + Karaoke! Want to take your vacation up a notch? Try our brand new partnership with beach games, Giant Jenga, Kan-Jam to start and then add in your favorite pool items like floating ping pong, pool volleyball or basket ball (Additional Fee's Apply). Seasonal Beach Chair Service - Our complimentary seasonal beach service includes 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas set up daily on the beach from 9am-5pm. Our Season begins on March 1 and ends October 31. * Set up daily starting the day after arrival *



Pool Heat - From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool/spa can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



Margarita Machines - Beach Reunion is proud to partner with Firefighter Margaritas, and offer the rental (for an additional cost during your stay) of a commercial frozen drink machine (margarita machine) which produces beverages usually only found in restaurants and bars. These popular machines allow you to enjoy your favorite frozen drinks and/or virgin slushies pool side or while lounging on the beach. They are the perfect addition to family vacations, weddings, business retreats, golf outings, fishing trips, church groups or any other type of gathering. Sojo Amenities: Beach Reunion is proud to announce our new partnership with Sojo! Each home will now include a starter supply of the following Sojo amenities:

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the home! About 3 to 5 days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.



The Neighborhood:

Sol Mate is centrally located in the Destin/Miramar Beach area within walking and driving distance to nearby restaurants, shopping centers, live entertainment, and more! In addition to the Silver Shells Premium Outlet Mall which features 110 name-brand outlet stores just 2 minutes away and the Destin Commons featuring 90+ stores , restaurants, and an AMC movie theater just 6 minutes away, Seascape Golf, Beach, & Tennis Resort is just 2 minutes away and the Towne Centre. The Seascape Towne Centre will include numerous restaurants and food vendors, a family entertainment sector, boutique shops and markets. A large scale tiki bar is being planned, along with an ice cream parlor and other food and beverage offerings. Among the many exciting family attractions are a zip line, ropes course, remote control boats, golf chipping section, and live music venues!

With our offices open 7 days a week, it makes it easy to get in touch with us for all your vacation needs! Our office hours are 9am to 5pm central time. You can get in contact with us either by email or phone!



We do ask that within the first 24 hours of your arrival to your home, if you find anything that needs the services of our housekeeping staff members or our maintenance team members that you notify us here at the office directly. We like to ensure that everything during your stay with us is held to high standards, so if anything unforeseen does arise, we want to quickly dispatch the right people as soon as possible! We want you to enjoy your vacation and stay with us and not delay any of your time!
