The property was nice. The Skywalk to the beach was nice. The room was nice. We had trouble getting to our room when we arrived. We had to get security to let us on our floor and in our room. The door code didn't work and we had to have a key to access the floor our room was on. We didn't know anything about the elevator key prior to checking in. They came to fix the door code the next morning but it could have been fixed when we called them about it. After the maintenance person came, they made a call and it was fixed. He was very nice. Overall a good experience but would suggest information about the elevator key. elevator to access o
